Born and raised in Orlando, Florida Sharday Harrell is a well-known community architect who is multi- passionately involved in a variety of events such as singing, hosting and mentoring. She's soared as a leader in fortune 500 companies gaining over 15 combined years in both Operations Leadership and Account Management.

While serving as a brand ambassador & top performing leader in corporate America, Sharday saw an immense need for mentorship to aid and cultivate those who were seeking professional advancement, personal development, and confidence. Using those transferrable skills, Sharday launched her coaching & consulting firm as a Strategist in the fall of 2018 and shortly after became licensed as a real estate advisor. Working directly with business leaders and visionaries, Sharday has turn their expertise to high profit. She not only specializes in taking you from Vision to Value, but also boosting morale and facilitating corporate trainings for small businesses.

Even with her cost savings methodology and unique skillset for strategic planning, Sharday still enjoys being a SuperMom -spending time with her amazing son and executive directing her nonprofit organization aSistHER Incorporated (501c3) “which exist to give single mothers DOUBLE”.
